frankenblanket

michelle (of green kitchen), you're genius! thank you for the name for my new blanket. and what better day to introduce it, than HALLOWEEN!?!

i give you:

FRANKENBLANKET
frankenblanket
i decided to go all garter stitch, because the straight lines seem to show off the colors well. or, as well as it could be :D
there is only about 2 1/2inches of progress. not much, but it's not the only project i've got going. (who'd've ever guessed that!?!)
my kidlets got to dress up for school today as long as it was a book from a character and they had to take the book with them.
oh they were too cute! i had a raggedy andy and old macdonald. my camera was not charged so i did not get pictures. but, it's charging right now and i'm going to go up to the school and snap some quick shots of them... and then, of course, i'll get in some pics of everyone's real halloween costume. too much fun :D

I think maybe your site feed does not work, the latest notice of update I got in my bloglines from you were Tuesday August 29th. When I went in here some days ago I saw several posts that had been posted after that date¨.

Keep, up the good work. I really like to read your posts.

Curious to see how this Frankenblanket works out. (LOVE the name!) The Humane Society assures me that those puppies of mine are half American Bulldog (shhh. . .they don't know that's "Pit Bull" to a lot of people and that some people think they are supposed to be scary) and half Boxer, but you know, they do look a little Great-Daney. They are over THIRTY pounds at 4 months, and I'm starting to get a little concerned. Should I be shopping for that Suburban?

That's a great name. Can't wait to see how it turns out! Did you see my crochet beanie for E? I was thinking you'd be so proud of me (even though it has quite a few mistakes). :) Those colors in your blanket look a lot better together than I would have thought!

Dude this blanket is cool!

Second I have to apologize to you because I have not had one freaking spare moment in the last three months to go get you some books! I am so sorry. I haven't been able to much that is not work related for the longest time. I'm a loser...I'm sorry.
